Mission Statement
The Fall River Diocesan Office of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults,
responding to the mandate of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to
fully implement Christian initiation, embraces its call to facilitate the
establishment of RCIA teams in all parishes. By means of catechesis, consultation
and through the encouragement of networking and communication among parish RCIA teams,
this office exists to ensure that those who come seeking the living God will be
enlivened with a fundamental understanding of the truths of Roman Catholic doctrine
and moral life.
